Tooltips

The Tooltips option enables interactive data popups when hovering over the trend line in the frontend. This provides users with precise value information without clicking or configuring additional UI elements.

Behavior

• Once activated, hovering over the trend line shows the corresponding data point.
• Typically includes: timestamp (X-axis) and value (Y-axis).
• Works for all active datasets currently displayed.

Use Case

This is especially helpful when:

• You need to analyze signal trends closely.
• You want quick access to exact values without zooming or exporting data.
• You’re comparing multiple datasets visually and want to inspect overlaps or deviations.

Note: Tooltips are read-only. They reflect currently visible data (after filtering or data reduction, if enabled).
