Active

The Active toggle determines whether data reduction is applied to the trend visualization.

• If enabled, the system uses one of the selected reduction methods (e.g. Quick Reduce, Median, etc.) to optimize the data for performance and readability.
• If disabled, all raw data points are displayed as-is, which may lead to slower performance—especially when large datasets or long time intervals are involved.

Recommended: Enable this option when working with high-frequency or historical data to ensure a smooth and responsive trend display.
