The “Menus” feature allows you to create a collapsible sidebar navigation, which opens via the burger icon in the top left corner.

In small projects with just a few pages, navigation using buttons or internal links may be sufficient. But as your project grows – with more pages, deeper layers, multiple user roles, or complex logic – a clear menu structure becomes essential.

Using the built-in menu editor, you can create as many entries as needed. Each entry gets a title, can optionally be assigned an icon, and links to a target – either a page or a system component such as:

  • Alarms (alarm module)
  • Alarm History (alarm log)
  • Alarm Overall (overall alarm status)
  • Logger (data recorder)

With the Parent setting, menu entries can be nested hierarchically, becoming submenus of other entries. The Order setting controls the position of each item in the menu.

Especially for projects running on web panels, mobile devices, or layered systems, the menu ensures quick access, clarity, and a professional user experience – no matter how complex the system behind it is.
