  • Uses the first selected object as the starting point; its vertical position does not change.
  • Calculates the total vertical space covered by the selected objects.
  • Evenly redistributes the remaining objects from top to bottom, following the order in which they were selected.
  • Preserves each object’s height (only the Y-position changes).

Practical Tip

For predictable results:

  1. Select the object that should stay where it is first (your anchor).
  2. Then select the others in the order you want them stacked.
  3. Click Distribute Vertically.
